PTFE filter bags are industrial dust collection bags made from polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) needle felt, with optional ePTFE membrane lamination.They are commonly used in baghouse systems handling corrosive gases, high humidity, elevated temperatures, and fine dust. Compared with standard filter media, PTFE filter bags offer strong chemical resistance and stable performance in demanding filtration conditions.

PTFE membrane-laminated filter bags include a microporous ePTFE membrane on the surface of the needle felt. This creates a surface-filtration structure, helping dust remain closer to the media surface and supporting easier dust release under suitable pulse-cleaning conditions.

Membrane-laminated PTFE filter bags are often considered for fine dust, difficult-to-release dust, or applications with stricter emission and cleaning-performance requirements.
