PTFE Dust Filter Bags

PTFE Dust Filter Bags are made from premium Polytetrafluoroethylene raw fibers used in industrial air filtration applicationswith severe chemical environments at high temperatures. These fiter bags are highly resistant to acids, alkalis, hydro-lysis, and oxidation. They have a high operating temperature range of 240°C, handling surges up to 260°C

  • Ultimate Chemical Resistance: 100% pure PTFE fiber, resistant to almost all acids, alkalis, and organic solvents, suitable for pH 0-14 range.
  •  Ultra-High Temperature Resistance: Continuous operating temperature 240°C, instantaneous up to 260°C, ideal for high-temperature flue gas.
  • Surface Filtration Technology: Optional PTFE membrane lamination, dust does not penetrate inside, easy cleaning, low pressure drop, extended bag life.
  •  High Filtration Efficiency: Captures 0.1μm fine dust, emission <10mg/Nm³, meets strict environmental standards.
