Aokai Environtec, founded in 2004, We are a dedicated manufacturer of industrial dust collector filter bags and filtrer cloth. We are a production-and-service-oriented enterprise driven by customer needs and led by technology.
Unlike trading companies, we control the full production process — from fiber selection, needling, heat setting, coating, sewing, cage welding to final inspection.
This allows us to deliver consistent quality and provide real technical recommendations, not generic quotations.

At Aokai Environment, our Manufacturing Center is the heart of our commitment to quality and innovation in industrial filtration. Spanning 27,000 square meters, our modern facility integrates 8 automated production lines and cage welding lines, enabling us to handle both regular orders and urgent shutdown replacements.We maintain production records for traceability, so customers can reorder without specification deviation.
Filter Cloth Manufacturing
Advanced weaving, needling, and finishing lines for polyester, polypropylene, PPS, PTFE, Nomex, fiberglass and composite filter fabrics. Annual capacity: [Annual capacity: 4,000,000 m²/year].
Filter Bag Manufacturing
Automated cutting, sewing/welding, and inspection for pulse-jet, shaker, reverse-air bags in all industry-standard sizes and configurations. Custom designs available.Ensure an annual production capacity of 3 million filter bags.
Cage / Wire Cage Production
Aokai Environment operates a high-efficiency, state-of-the-art wire cage production line with an annual capacity of 2 million meters.
Intelligent Warehousing Module
Spanning over 10,000 square meters, Aokai Environment’s intelligent warehousing system ensures efficient, accurate, and secure storage of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished filter bags, cloths, and cages.
When you install the bags, they should work as expected.
Quality Control
We follow 13 laboratory test parameters and multiple in-process inspections throughout manufacturing. Key data such as fiber quality, needling density, heat setting conditions and final dimensions are recorded and verified before shipment.
Inspection records are kept for more than 3 years, and digital records are permanently archived, ensuring every batch can be traced back if needed.

2007
Bohui’s first filter bag production line was installed and commissioned in 2007.
2012
We renamed to Aokai Environtec Ltd.;
Moved to a new manufacturing facility in Jingjiang, Jiangsu Province: 215,000 square feet, 2 filter bag production lines, 2 filter cage fabrication lines;
Formed a strategic partnership with Teijin Conex in the asphalt industry in China.
2015
Commissioned a new 290,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Jingjiang, Jiangsu Province.
2016
Commissioned the Aokai’s service operations, which focused on providing customers with life cycle support and services.
2017
Upgraded our filter media production lines to a 54,000 square foot needle felt production capacity.
2018
Commissioned a PTFE needle felt production line.
2020
Commissioned Aokai’s R&D Competence Center in Jingjiang, Jiangsu Province;
Commissioned a filter cage silicone coating production line.
2021
Developed and launched a new filter media product: HPE Aramid filter media with a 5 mg/Nm³ filtration efficiency.
2022
Developed and launched a new filter media product: PTFE Felt filter media with a 5 mg/Nm³ filtration efficiency.
2023
Commissioned a sales and customer service center in Wuhan.
