PPS+PTFE Filter Bags are composite needle-punched felt filter materials, and their medium layer is made of PPS and PTFE, two fiber cloths with extremely high chemical stability. This composite material gives full play to their respective excellent properties to form a high-performance filter material.
- High temperature resistance: PPS material can operate stably for a long time below 200℃, and PTFE coating has excellent high temperature resistance and can withstand higher temperatures.
- Acid and alkali resistance: PPS material has good acid and alkali resistance and can cope with highly corrosive gases.
- High efficiency filtration: PPS+PTFE filter media can effectively intercept fine particles such as PM2.5, and the emission concentration is less than 10mg/m³.

Process Description
During the processing of PPS+PTFE needle-punched felt filter material, according to the characteristics of fibers of different fineness, the surface layers are superimposed with needle-punched composite technology to enable the fibers to be effectively combined, effectively avoiding the problem that PTFE fibers are difficult to combine, while overcoming the disadvantage of PPS fibers being easily oxidized, improving the performance of the filter bag, and breaking through the limitations of traditional processes.
- The surface layer of the filter material uses ultra-fine PPS long fibers to effectively filter fine dust in the flue gas.
- The middle base fabric is made of PTFE material to enhance the high temperature resistance and chemical corrosion performance of the filter material.
- The bottom layer is a combination of PPS coarse fibers and a microporous ultra-fine fiber surface layer, which not only improves the filtration efficiency, but also maintains good air permeability and easy cleaning, and maintains excellent filtration performance in harsh environments.
