What is Polyester Non Woven Filter Cloth?
Our polyester non woven filter cloth (also widely known as polyester needle felt) is a premier depth-filtration medium engineered from 100% high-grade polyester (PET) staple fibers. Unlike woven fabrics that rely on simple surface sieving, this non-woven media is manufactured using advanced needle-punching technology. Millions of microscopic fibers are mechanically entangled to form a highly porous, three-dimensional tortuous path.
This unique structures allows dust and liquid particles to be captured throughout the depth of the fabric rather than just on the surface. To ensure structural stability under high tension, a high-tenacity polyester scrim is embedded in the center of the felt. It is the ultimate high-efficiency material for industrial dust collectors and is the core raw material used to fabricate durable polyester needle felt filter bags.
