A: OEM is warmly welcomed, we can arrange your own color or label, print your OEM package, and make your own shape according to your drawing.
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample free of charge, you only have to pay the cost of freight.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock. It is according to quantity.
Q: How’s the after-sale service?
A: A: We’ll take photos for your check before loading the container and confirm all of the documents within 48 hours after shipment. For any other supplier, just ask them to deliver us a combined container, we’ll do this favor to arrange everything very well.
Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: Payment<=1000 USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000 USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shipment.
