Quantity Verification<\/h4>\n<p>Confirm that the quantity of bags and cages matches the order and the baghouse requirements.<\/p>\n<h4>2. Filter Bag Inspection<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Verify the correct material, size (length and diameter), and type (e.g., snap-band, raw edge, top-load, bottom-load) of filter bags.<\/li>\n<li>Inspect each bag for any signs of damage, such as tears, holes, frayed seams, or manufacturing defects.<\/li>\n<li>Examine all seams and stitching for integrity. Ensure they are strong and consistent.<\/li>\n<li>For snap-band or top-load bags, check the integrity of the sealing gasket or collar. It should be pliable, free of cracks, and fit snugly.<\/li>\n<li>Look for any inconsistencies in the filter media itself, such as thin spots or uneven felt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>3. Filter Cage Inspection<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Check for bent wires, broken welds, corrosion, or any other structural damage that could compromise the cage&#8217;s integrity or damage the filter bag.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the correct cage diameter, length, number of vertical wires, ring spacing, and top\/bottom configuration (e.g., rolled flange, split collar, with\/without venturi).<\/li>\n<li>Ensure cages are perfectly straight and round to prevent abrasion against the bag or difficulty during installation.<\/li>\n<li>Verify that the cage finish (e.g., epoxy coating, galvanized) is intact and free from chips or rough spots that could abrade the bag.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>4.
